Dental Offices are receiving invoices which appear to be from the ADA Association in the amount of $575.00 for dues year 2012-2013. This is a faxed invoice asking you to mail your payment to Brockton, MA. THIS IS A SCAM! The ADA does not bill you by fax, EVER!! You will receive your dues billing by mail from the CDA which includes the ADA, CDA and FMDS dues amount.
